The balconies outside lakeside and the area outside the view are rarely if ever used. This petition would request an outdoor area by the Lakeside balcony and the balcony outside the view for cigar smoking between 3:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. On certain dates when it makes sense to close them to cigar smoking because of use, the club could do this as well.
