This is common sense. How is this even still up for debate when kids are losing their lives? Lock them up for good and throw away the key.
Life means life. Why are we letting these people back on the streets to hurt someone else? Absolute insanity.
finally someone is doing something about this. it should have been federal law decades ago.
Protect the children first. Period. No parole for monsters like that.
My heart breaks for his family. We need this law passed right now so no other parents have to go through this nightmare.
