As a signatory of this petition 1. I certify that I am a parent who pays Child Support. 2. I am not in arrears. 3. I do agree that my Child Support payments should have Tax Deductible status. 4. My Child Support is court ordered or under a form of enforcement. 5. My wages are being attached due to my Child Support Order. 6. I generally agree with this petition, and I am of legal age to sign a petition. I further agree that this petition should serve as notice to all parties able to enforce the wishes of the signatories, that collectively we all agree that there should be an amendment to the Tax Laws to reflect our needs as Citizens, Naturalized or Permanent Residents alike.

Its wild that I pay out almost half my check and still get taxed on top of that. Doesnt make any sense. About time someone looked at this.

Finally. My husband works so hard and we barely have enough to get by because the tax man takes so much from his paycheck before he even sees it.
