Sick of deadbeats getting away with it.

My kids father owes over 15k and just laughs about it. He moved states and thinks he is untouchable. This law is broken.

Its theft plain and simple. If you owe that much money you should be locked up regardless of what state you are in.

My ex hasnt paid a dime in 3 years. He works under the table and thinks hes so smart. Tennessee needs to get serious about this.

Total joke that they can just run off to another state and the cops wont do anything because its only a misdemeanor. Hold these people accountable.

I am dealing with issues as well. My ex is in Texas, Me in ohio. He owes back childsupport of over 34 thousand dollars, I've been begging ohio for help but they say Texas must do the enforcement. Texas took him court put him on 5 year probation, he got off in a year with only 2 payments ever made. My family continues to struggle to pay bills, visiting food banks to make it, I have no idea about him. I haven't had contact with him in years. We have 4 children together. I had to have my csea case manager messaged the one in texas to see about his license being suspended, Every time he gets a job, they withhold, he quits. It's a never ending chain. Something somewhere needs to be done, And it needs to be done. Nation wide. There are plenty of people going through what we are. And that is a crime.
