We, the undersigned, are asking that the United States’ Senates and Federal Government to review and modify the entire child support system,making a new system that allows equal parenting time and legal rights. We ask that both biological parents be automatically legitimized, granting equal rights and time with the exceptions of, but are not limited to, clearly proven danger, paternity issues, harm, and clear intent to not be involved in the child’s life. Parents should be equally financially responsible for the child [ren]. Both parents income should be imputed. Deviations, such as "time shared," should be applied to each childsupport case. Government assistance and other child support cases should be imputed into the child support worksheet as a deviation. Each parent in agreement with one another can create and submit a child support worksheet/ visitation sheet without the court’s discretion. When determining visitation, the parenting time should be divided evenly, unless stated otherwise by both parents.Items bought to benefit the child[ren] should not be viewed as a "gift."Involuntarily job loss, paternity issues (e.g., multiple subject testing), and a reasonable inability to pay; back child support should not accrue. If the parent’s license is a way to provide support, their license should not be suspended, but rather restricted only for work hours, school or emergencies (e.g., medical appts, court). Other children in the parent’s household without a pending child support case, should be imputed into the child support worksheet as a deviation. Mortgage, alimony, travel expenses, car payments, and etc should be imputed as a percentage of a deviation, only if proven to benefit the child’s need. We also asked for unbiased judgments.a parent is allowed to change judges, if he or she feels as if the judge is bias. Parent my be subjected to attorney fees, and othe legal fees, if done during and on going legal trail( e.g., on going child modification trail).
This petition isn't to eliminate child support, but make it fair for both the child[ren] and parents. A child should have equal access to both parents.

Lets change these laws. If a child is created evenly then rights should be evenly distributed.

Fix this unfair, unequal system which rewards women and cripples men.

Change laws? The Courts aren't even following the laws. When a mother can add her new spouse to her health insurance coverage to save her household a significant amount of money (this is what the Court found) and the father is made to continue to pay, when he maintains the child on his own available insurance coverage at no additional cost) and the Appellate Court makes an incorrect statement of law "Notably the addition of the spouse to the coverage does not alter the cost of the family policy" and the correct statement of law is the addition of the child to existing coverage does not alter the cost of the family policy and the mother is no entitled to a contribution toward her health insurance coverage. The Court of Appeals rejects the father's request to review the change in law then why are the Court of Appeals there? Oh that's right. They do not have time for us little people - the people who get divorced have no rights under the law. People of NY stop voting for these judges - get their names out in public. I live in Florida so I am lucky I am not supporting these terrible people who believe they are following the law when they themselves are breaking the law.
