i live on the 11th floor of a tower block with 2 young children. my windows are not double glazed they are old crittall windows and my children can now climb up to them. when i asked the council to move us they said its fine to live that high with children since the law changed 2 years ago, they also said that if i'm worried about my children falling out of the windows i should keep them shut at all times even on hot days. please help me
