My daughter was burnt on 20 November 2004. When looking into the law for the safety of childrens nightwear I found that only nighties and dressing gowns were covered and had to be made safe. I also found that it was law that furniture had to be made non flammable before being sold. Childrens clothes did not have this. I would like to see a change in the law to include all of childrens clothes to be made non flammable for the safety of our children. I would like to get as many parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and any one else involved with children to sign my petition to send to parliament to try and get this changed.

My niece had a close call with a candle last year and the fabric just went up in seconds. So thankful you are pushing this change.
