I have been reading through the many messages you sent about how these proposed inspections threaten our professional standing. It is exhausting to fight for the status we earned over years of education just to be sidelined again by this policy. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to ensure they understand that childminders are educators who deserve respect rather than a second class label.

The momentum behind this petition proves just how many of us refuse to be treated as second class practitioners. Seeing this level of backing confirms that our years of building professional status will not be dismantled without a fight.

This feels like a huge step backwards for the whole industry. Dont treat us like we are less than everyone else.
Ridiculous idea. We worked so hard to get recognized as educators and not just babysitters. Please dont set us back years.

total nonsense. my wife has a degree in this and she is a teacher in every way that counts. STOP THE TWO TIER SYSTEM NOW
