The feedback from fellow childminders continues to highlight deep concerns regarding the operational viability of these new mandates. I am currently preparing a formal summary of these professional insights to present to the relevant policy committees.

The increase in public interest regarding our concerns about the government plan is encouraging. This momentum proves that many people recognize the risks this policy poses to the independence of childminders and the safety of the children in our care.

Ridiculous idea. We need more support not more red tape. Hands off our childminders!
STOP THE AGENCIES. they just want to take a cut of the money and make everyone jump through useless hoops. keep it personal and keep it local.
What a joke. Childminders are already stretched thin as it is. Dont make it harder for the good ones to do their jobs.
This is going to ruin independent childcare. My kids love their minder and she knows them better than some agency ever would.
quality of care will drop if they force this through. keep childcare independent.

Leave the professionals alone. They know what they are doing way better than the government does.
