I wish to see Chesterfield County vote on Second Amendment sanctuary or constitutional resolution in the very near future!

I live in Chesterfield county. I’m concerned with state legislators passing unconstitutional laws. Unconstitutional laws may be overturned in court but by then citizens may have been charged with crimes and their property seized already. The citizens of Chesterfield county don’t want their constitutional rights infringed upon by state legislators. This will also create a tax burden for the county as well as prevent people from being able to protect themselves during home invasions that may be committed by groups of criminals. There are over 1 million home invasions per year in our country and about 126 million households. That means about 1 in 126 households will be victim to home invasions. 30 round magazines are standard capacity magazines.

As a veteran I took an oath to protect the Constitution, never thought I'd have to defend it from the treasonous politicians who have broken their oath.

My family has called Chesterfield County home since the 1930's. Please don't let the vocal minority in Richmond and Northern Virginia destroy this beautiful county we all live in.

Remember your oaths of office. Your allegiance is to the Constitutions of both Virginia, and the United States.

The right to arms is a HUMAN right. We're all in favor of human rights here in Chesterfield, I hope. Our police chief and sheriff support the citizens in this. Let's make it unanimous.

when government takes away citizens’ right to bear arms it becomes citizens’ duty to take away government’s right to govern.
