The FA has confirmed Chester will retain their place in the cup competition. This outcome follows our formal submission of the petition to the committee. We will continue to monitor the status of the final bracket to ensure their participation remains secure.

The momentum behind this effort has reached the point where we can formalize our submission to the FA board. I am currently preparing the documentation to ensure our stance against Bury's reinstatement is presented clearly to the committee.

what ever happened to playing fair? disgusting bunch of cheats. let chester stay.
SERIOUSLY? they got caught cheating and still have the nerve to complain. keep chester in the cup they actually earned their spot.
KEEP CHESTER IN!! No way should Bury get back in after how they acted. Unfair on the teams playing by the book.
Bury dont deserve a second chance in this tournament. keep them out for good.
Total joke they even think they should get back in. keep them out.
