As a 7-time WV champion I wholeheartedly support this. As a taxpayer I yield to others who know the park finances better.

This a super idea and will help promote healthy living (Mental activity and fresh air to breath) not to mention chess is a peaceful way to settle disputes. We could use these chess tables to hold simultaneous exhibitions and teach children. The pros far out way the small investment the community will be making.
