CLEARLY motorcross real-life case studies have shown to disturb residents in 3 mile radius, not to mention fumes! Agriculturally-zoned land is not for commercial enterprises other than AGRICULTURE. Motorcross will DESTROY this community's right to enjoyment of their properties. Shame on the Zoning Board!

Oppose motor cross due to the noise which will affect property value & quality of life in the area

Motocross is not an appropriate use in agricultural/low density housing zoned land.

the handful of dirt bike and four wheelers that ride over there are really annoying already!! I hate to image what it would be like on a larger scale!!

The whole motorcross project makes me really upset. We moved to Charlton 10 years ago because of the schools and to have quiet after a long day of work.

This motocross track will benefit very few local residents (2 miles or less), but will devalue our properties; the benefit will be to the out-of-towners who will make plenty of noise and dust.

Not a good idea. If this is to go through the owners of the Campground/Motocross Park should offer to buy the surrounding homes for fair market value or more.

I dont see anyone bringing up the liquor liscense, and anyone in charlton who rides, has a place to ride, so stop telling people charlton needs this or wants this. The supporters are all out of towners. find anotherway to make a fortune off that land you paid nothing for because there is no access from RT49. lastly, tgere could be a cement wall surrounding this place and you would still hear the obnoxious exhaust of just 1 or 2 bikes. theres no buffer from trees. maybe the out off towners living at the camp ground all summer might enjoy it. anyone in this town that rides, has a place to ride. go somewhere else. your sport complex party spot didt pass on schoolhouse rd, i hope it dosnt pass here either.

This project will negatively affect the quality of my life, as a Charlton resident and the ownly economic benefit will be to the owners.

This is a big safety concern !! My family lives on that road, that is the most dangerous street now, if you add this on top of the already traffic issues, it puts my family in more danger

I am 100% against phase 1, and probably phases 2,3,4,5.
