I moved to Charlton in November and am so disappointed that this town is considering this. I don't want the traffic or the noise. this will ruin this quaint town.

Brookfield Rd is already one of the most dangerous roads in town. i cant see more traffic making it better or safer.

This road is bad enough with speeding cars and Tractor trailers and now we will have to deal with people and there off road machines. This is asking for trouble if this passes .

I am completely in favor of the soccer fields, hiking trails, and any other non-motorized pursuits that this project proposes in follow-on phases. I am deeply concerned with the noise, traffic, environmental impact, reduction in property value, and other possible outcomes of the motor sports aspects of this project.
