i would not want this in my backyard. if our street front store signs cannot be backlit because it will change our towns character then what in the world is this madness. thats a small, small example but seriously what are you after then.

Our fear is that this track will open the door to larger bikes and auto racing. We currently have a very nice rural community; we wish to keep it this way.

Residential neighborhood I don't need to hear that all day I just purchased my 30acres to have peace and quiet and raise a family. Now we will have to listen to that all week and every weekend

There have been so many changes over the last 95 years that my family has lived here. We have never opposed progress, but it is important to know how very disruptive this proposal is to the neighborhood and the tranquillity of this area. An area that has seen enough.

You invite much more than a renue stream when you invite guests into your town who have no vested interest in either respecting or giving consideration to the people who live here.

I don't want my peaceful home disturbed by the noise of a race track.

As we all know, noise pollution and other issues will arrive from this operation. But the bottom line is, this is a thickly settled district. the width and location of the road, is not suitable for any type of high traffic business. The residence live in this location for its privacy, and peacefulness.

Sean's Law was passed in Ma in 2010 with tougher regulations and guidlines for use of OHV machines. I will be watching to make sure all those guidelines are followed.
