Charlie and Braden Powell were killed by the father Sunday Feb 5th. After locking the CPS agent out of the house, and then hitting the in the head with a hatchet. He then took his own life by blowing up the house. There is several things wrong with this picture Josh Powell was 1) a person of interest in his wife's disappearance from 2 years ago. 2) Lost custody of the children when incriminating evidence was coming forth. 3) Just ordered a psychological evaluation After all this, why did Washington State CPS allow the boys to have a supervised visitation on a Sunday at his home, where the agent wasn't even able to protect them. Washington State expected a small frame woman to protect those boys against a very mentally ill man. Which she couldn't do on her own, and then after calling 911. They told her they had to respond to "Life Threatening" calls first, as if CPS calling for police help is a big joke. There should have never been a Sunday Supervised visit at Josh Powell's home after he was ordered to have psychological evaluation. This is Petitioning against the Washington State Child Laws which put Charlie and Braden Powell in danger, and lead to there death. There should be a law enforced that supervised visitation should be done in a public place or office, where if needed the CPS agent can get immediate help, and that there is a local police officer supervising the visitation too.
