I think the dress code needs to definitely be less strict on what females wear. FEMALE students should be able to wear what they feel comfortable in and not be called a “distraction” to the males around them. As it is harder to find the “appropriate” clothes due to what’s “in style” and what’s not. Us females shouldn’t have to change how we dress to please males because they’re not being taught to not treat us as objects. When a female wears a crop top or shorter shorts ESPECIALLY when it’s hot shouldn’t be dress coded it’s unfair how much we have to cover up when it’s 90+ degrees out and half the time the school is hot itself. Also the problem can’t be labeled as if it’s because we have male teachers in the building if that’s an issue they shouldn’t be working in a building that’s full of UNDERAGE CHILDREN. thank you for reading my points on why dress code should be changed.

maybe if the school focused on education instead of policing what girls wear we would actually get somewhere

I agree but for starters there is going to have to be more for females in general because we do go a little over the top with our tops we don’t need 30 things that we can’t wear but we do need a less strict one bcause what we have now is so sexist and it’s probably biased

The dress code is it fair the guys can wear T tops shorts that aren’t finger length ripped jeans etc. and they don’t get dress coated the ladies get dress coated for wearing ripped jeans tank tops crop tops short shorts etc. I could see if we were wearing bikinis bras and underwear to school but we’re not the boys can’t handle themselves then oh well it’s called respect if you’re going to change the dress code change it for everybody not just one gender thank you
