Changes to Board Meetings
The POA members request that the board meetings be changed in the following ways.
1. All board meetings be held in the evenings if on the weekdays.
2. All board meetings be streamed/shared via some sort of online mechanism so that all POA members may join and communicate during the board meetings.
3. The Q&A session be posted to the web in the same manner the current meeting minutes are posted. (Preferably verbatim to avoid someone's interpretation of the question and answer.)
4. The Q&A session should continue until all questions are addressed.
5. The board meeting not be adjourned before the Q&A session.
