I have family that live near Tafy & it has been nothing but issues. People camping out on their property, pitching tents, stealing waterlogged cupboards to create shelter in the parking garage, dragging old mattresses into the back yard, people parking junk rigs in the carport, drug paraphernalia left on the property (that took tafy almost 2 weeks to clean up after the owner offered to), filling up private single use garbage cans to the point they couldn't be used, refusing to leave private property until threatened & the list goes on. It has been nothing but a hassel for the people who live next to them due to the people who use Tafy's services. None of the people that were personally dealt with were youth but mostly middle aged to elderly men & women.

This organization needs to be closed down until they can show where their funds are going and limit services to youth 18 and under. I have heard of youth asking for help and being turned away.

My friend was involved with Tafy and he hooked up with someone from Tafy staff and that female still over 3 grand worth of his things for example his xbox, games, etc.

Only licensed, certified and background checked individuals should be allowed in cross proximity to children. To do otherwise is neglect and all funding should stop until this has been rectified.

16 year old females + 35 year old troubled men = Tafy ... It's a no brainer. Separate to prevent further trouble. Underage persons should never be socially grouped with adult KNOWN drug addicts. Not to mention the CHILDREN that frequent the Tafy are being subjected to harm by allowing KNOWN sex offenders.

TAFY needs to be shut down. Not only is the people who are running it profiting off the donations of good hearted people. But they are helping career criminals that are adults to manipulate the system. The people that go there have shown no sign of changing and a majority are criminals.

I know that some people are hurting over this whole thing, but look at it in another perspective. It is meant for people under the age of 18. Ones who need help that aren't considered adults yet and yet we know there is constant suspicious activity going on and why would you want to place your kids or family around that. Wouldn't you want to feel safe and not uneasy about it. There are a bunch of people who abuse the help that is offered in many different places. This place has been stolen from a few times and broken into. They allow questionable things and people. I hope that the adults going there can get the help they need in a proper environment and allow kids to be kids. Stop throwing dirty needles around, your going to harm someone or something. If your upset about this ask yourself some questions.
What has this place become from what it once was.
Do we turn an eye because we want to ignore whats happening in our town?
What type of future do you want to try to have for your family and next generations?
I personally would like to take my kids to a park and feel its safe to do so, and I wish there were more things for the younger crowd and kids. When I was younger they did have more for kids but as I grow older I see less and less every year. :(
