As a member of Regal Cinemas at the Frederick MD location, and all Regal locations we as staff deserve a positive welcoming work environment. We deserve a managerial team who we as staff can come to with issues, as well as be treated with fairness.This petition is mostly directed to get change in the managerial staff. The manager who this petition is towards is Laura M Mardesich. The reason for this is because she is a lazy manager, she uses demeaning and derogatory language towards staff, she uses favoritism towards staff not treating us equally with respect. This needs to be changed because it is causing staff to be distressed and hate working at this Regal location.
