The arbitrary waiting period is pushing veteran coaches out of our programs prematurely. I am preparing a formal brief to present these findings to the board.

Just let him coach the season. It hurts the students more than anyone else when you block a coach like that.
Makes no sense. He is already there and already doing the job. Why force him out for half a year?
My son played for him and he is the best. The state needs to stop punishing people who actually care about the community.
Ridiculous rule. Ken has done so much for these kids over the years. Let him coach.

180 days is way too long. Just a bunch of red tape keeping good people away from their teams.
