I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the way this has taken off. This momentum belongs entirely to the community who spoke up for the game we all care about.

It is clear that trion has completely lost control and is totally overwhelm by the task at hand. Please change the publisher and select someone actually competent. They are ruining an awesome game with their terrible and lazy decision. Please send help.
Trino is one of the worst company in the videogame industry. Server crashes, unexpected and unattended updates which fails miserably, the greatness of their failure is even bigger than the greatness of a game like Archeage. I would mention particularly the cheaters not banned and exploits not fixed (I opened a ticket for a guy who can run and attack from the sky, he's on Twitch and still not banned).

Make it someone who care about the players and not just the money, and someone who can actually code as well!
