It is clear that trion has completely lost control and is totally overwhelm by the task at hand. Please change the publisher and select someone actually competent. They are ruining an awesome game with their terrible and lazy decision. Please send help.

Trino is one of the worst company in the videogame industry.
Server crashes, unexpected and unattended updates which fails miserably, the greatness of their failure is even bigger than the greatness of a game like Archeage.
I would mention particularly the cheaters not banned and exploits not fixed (I opened a ticket for a guy who can run and attack from the sky, he's on Twitch and still not banned).

I have done a very poor job at managing this game and they need to be replaced my a company that knows what they should be doing as publishers. Instead of messing up the servers all the time.
