I implore everyone, especially fellow law students, to sign this petition. No matter what your religious beliefs, the fundamental component of the rule of law is that we are all equal before it.

please allow our beautiful friends and neighbors in the Caman Islands to have the same opportunity to love each other and be recognized under the law as we do in the United States of America.

I'd be more concerned about failed marriages that gay marriages. Or would that be focusing on the negative instead of the positive?

We are all human beings and we should all be given the same rights that is just common sense.

this has got nothing to do with being gay or straight and everything to do with fairness and equality for all. everyone is human and deserves the same fair treatment regardless of sexual orientation, their choice in life partner, background, race, colour, religion or otherwise. Love is Love and thats it! Simple.

This is past due!! Same sex marital partners should not be separated or treated differently. Come on Cayman get with the program -human rights for all!!

A good step would be for the big employers - Civil Service, HSA, Police to have an equality policy that includes same-gender relationships. This step could be taken without changing any laws.

It's due time for change, Cayman. If you can't get on board with same-sex marriage legalization just yet, at least start with some basic recognition. Come on, come on!
