Please sign our petition to change the colour of the old DPH pub. As you have probably already seen it's bright yellow, yellow walls, yellow shutters and yellow fence. There is nothing the local authority can do about it as it doesn't need any planning permission. With the support of the residents and people who pass through Tipton we can hopefully make them change there minds.
