Please be their voice. Ordinances in my town need changing. So stray cats and dogs can get fed by people. Right now if we feed them we get tickets of 450.00 and criminal trespass, even when we have permission to be on property. The city personal doesn't want people to feed them as they want the animals to die off through starvation and that isn't right.
I know for a fact that they hand out tickets as described earlier I have gotten one and my friend just got 3 fir giving cats water.

This is so sad! I would love to see the city take care of our animals with some sort of humane shelter. Until they do, I would think the city would appreciate individuals taking care of them instead of punishing people for being good human beings!
