STOP THE CLOSURE OF OUR SCHOOLS

WE’VE COME A LONG WAY…1954 (Brown v. Board of Ed) CHANGE MUST COME… 2012 (People v. Corporate Educrats)

We the residents/citizens of the Congressional District 11, Senatorial District 20, Assembly District 43 and City Council District 40 along with Parents, Teachers, Students, and supporters who work and live here, demand immediate action by our elected officials to save our schools.

We demand that Governor Cuomo, Mayor Bloomberg and Chancellor Walcott call for the reconsideration of closing our educational facilities. We need to put more interest in our children’s education not take it away from them.

We need educators who have the best interest in our children’s future to help build a stronger community not break them down.

We the people have it in our power to make a change, we are the 99% who must rise up and take back our communities.

LET US STAND TOGETHER OR WE WILL FALL APART

My kids went to this school and they turned out just fine. They are stripping away all the opportunities for the neighborhood kids. Leave the schools alone
