The undersigned members representing 10% or more of the Association hereby petition that the Board of Directors set the earliest reasonable date for a special membership meeting for removing the entire board and electing a new board of directors in the event the recall is successful.
REASONS FOR RECALLING THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS : Mismanagement of Association and conduct not in the best interest of the Glenleaf Community.
