I had my C 2 exam 2 weeks ago, Proctortrek experience was terrible. It was over an hr late, couldn’t connect (I have a brand new laptop), proctor didn’t release exam after. I had to re start my computer. Then I was on a call for remote access to get the issue resolved, which got disconnected without resolving. THAT was not stressful enough towards the end of the exam I didn’t get confirmation whether my exam got submitted! All these stress, when I talked to Humber, they rep didn’t even care to do anything. They don’t seem to care about student experience. This HAS to end!

My exam disappeared when I went back to complete my book marked questions. Then I ran out of time. I feel like I am more stressed about the unpredictability of Proctortrak than my actual exam. We pay for this service too. I expect more from Humber College.

Unnecessary wait times, made me reschedule my exam for literally a month later because they couldn’t figure out the problem about the exam being locked just over all unnecessary.

It shouldn't take an hour and remote access by tech support to take an exam. We book time off work, hire babysitters, put our lives on hold for what should be a three-hour exam, but which often ends up being much, much longer. The stress is unfair, as is the lack of privacy.

This system is terrible and makes people stressed at the beginning of their exams. Not only do we pay 100$ to take an exam, then we’re met with terrible service.
