The Existing Corona Ranch Homeowners has over stepped its bounds and created a community that is stressful and unsafe due to unrealistic rules and regulations. A change is needed along with a financial audit and investigatation or corrupt policies. The current Corona Ranch needs to be removed and banned. Please sign up to run for the Board Elections ASAP. We need new responsible leadership in out community. Please share with your neighbors

Updates

October 17, 2022

The feedback I have received from neighbors confirms that many of you feel the current board has lost touch with the needs of our community. I am currently organizing the documentation required for a formal inquiry into the financial practices of the association. Your willingness to step forward for board positions is the most effective way to ensure our neighborhood returns to being a place where we feel secure.

October 17, 2022

Seeing this level of engagement confirms that many of us share the same concerns about the current direction of our neighborhood. This momentum reflects a genuine desire to restore transparency and accountability to our community leadership.

I hope moving forward member of the HOA will be provided with yearly landscape and maintenance schedule including of common areas ( specially those hidden with overgrown trees and vegetation), a clear list of dos and don't that we can do infront of our houses instead of threatening letters of penalties not knowing what they are, having an accessible board members, and last but not least reasonable and justified HOA increases of dues instead of just replacing HOA management every two years and increasing the dues literally.

This HOA board (President) has overstepped his ground and has long overstayed his welcome as President. He needs to go immediately as he’s trying very hard to make this community less safe. He’s harassing homeowners over security lighting and cameras. Who in their right mind would interfere in the safety of their fellow neighbors? Please sign this petition; our community is at risk with this current President!

I strongly agree. Financial audit is necessary to see if there is any personal financial interest or conflict of interest with keystone management. Homeowners are not only harassed but overcharged as well.

This board is hostile, and not serving the homeowners as they should. The common areas are extremely overgrown, and I don’t see much work being done. Our board would rather spend their energy attacking the homeowners with petty or none existent violations. We need a full accounting of the financials, and the entire board needs to go. There you go, I said it. Waiting for the retaliation.

Removing our cameras or hiding them under the eves simply does not make sense. Today’s cameras are of such small scale and do not look unsightly in my opinion. Hide them under the eves removes whatever deterrent you may have had. My catalytic converter was stolen shortly after I removed my cameras. They couldn’t be placed under the eves because they were solar powered. I didn’t have time to re-power them differently before the deadline so I removed them to avoid the hassle from the HOA. Secondly, it cost $$$ to rework my cameras. Why should I have to spend more money for something so petty? Would this have prevented the theft? We’ll never know, but I should have the freedom to have cameras attached to my home without fear of fines.

We are fairly new to this community and within 5 days of moving in we got a notice to paint the house. Are you kidding me? I’m upset that this wasn’t disclosed when we signed the docs and why the previous owner didn’t do it before it sold. The paint was fine & all it needed was probably a power wash but after numerous phone calls to the HOA with no call back I waited until I got numerous letters about it. We went to the Board meeting to petition this and all we got was more time for it to be completed. It’s their way of saying, “Welcome to the effin neighborhood” right? We finally decided to paint it but it was a cost that was not necessary nor in our forecast. Because of this unnecessary cost I still have not been able to fully furnish this house the way I’d like. Secondly, my husband has called numerous times for the gardeners to cut the corner of my sidewalk since it’s property of the HOA like wtf! It took numerous calls to get it done. Thirdly, there is an increase of HOA fees
