Change City of Thornton code to allow residential chickens.

Meeting on the 28th of March 7pm for City Council to vote on it. Please show your support. Council members in ward 4 are for it and I have spoken to the Mayor as well.

Please allow chickens. They are proven to be less noise, and far more cleaner than ducks.

I think this would be so wonderful for our community. I mean, if it works for Denver, it should work just fine for Thornton.
