I believe the Bronx is in need of single sex high school options for both boys and girls.
I believe the Bronx is in need of a high school that is based on the standards and practices of the best public schools in the world, allowing students to compete successfully in a global economy.
I support International Charter High School for Boys and International Charter High School for Girls to be established in the Bronx in the fall of 2011.

The bureaucrats in this city keep ignoring the families in the Bronx but this swell of support proves they cannot hide from our demand much longer. We are forcing their hand and they will be held accountable for denying our children the world class education they deserve.

Finally!! About time someone looked at the BX. My son needs a real challenge.

Yes please. My daughter needs a safe place to learn. The current options are just not cutting it.
KEEP THE DOORS OPEN FOR OUR YOUTH. WE NEED THIS!
The public schools in my neighborhood are overcrowded and underfunded. This would be a huge help for the community.

the schools here are falling apart. we need something better for our kids now.
