I met with the seventh grade department chair today to discuss the logistics of securing theater space and transportation. We are currently drafting the formal proposal for the administration to review once we meet the required signature threshold.

The administration has acknowledged the current level of interest in the film screening. I am scheduling a meeting with the department head to finalize the formal request for the field trip.
