Dear Sandburg 7th grade parents, The PTO is currently collecting an accurate head count for our 7th grade field trip. Not every parent is aware of this, but the original field trip to Dorney Park was changed not because of lack of interest, but because it was suggested by the teachers union to change it so that the teachers would end their day on time. Most of the children I have spoken to want nothing to do with the Camden trip, they were rather upset with the change, and would prefer to do something on their own! Some people are under the impression that the Aquarium trip is OK with the majority of children based on the returned permission slips. I, however do not believe this to be the case so I am asking that you PLEASE use this electronic petition today to express where your child would WISH to go. Whatever your choice I thank you for your time in clearing up this situation. Please place your name and your child's place of interest THEN forward to EVERYONE you can.
