As a passionate and experienced hockey professional, I believe Tal is the ideal candidate for this position. My lifelong dedication to the sport, combined with my proven track record of success in establishing and growing the IEHL into the premier hockey league in Israel, has prepared me to take on this challenge. From organizing exciting games and sending the Israel selects team to Finland, I have always put the development of Israeli hockey and its players first.

I have been thinking a lot about the Finland trip lately because it really showed how much potential we have here once we get the right leadership structure in place. People keep sending me messages about their own experiences in the league and honestly it makes me realize how vital it is that we get someone in the CEO chair who actually knows the ice. The board has been quiet for a bit but I am still working on drafting up a more formal proposal for them to review.

tal is the only guy who really cares about growing the game here. he gets things done while others just talk.
Tal has the drive n experience needed to fix the federation. hope he gets the ceo spot.
Tal has the vision and will to level-up ice hockey in Israel, as demonstrated by his leadership in creating the IEHL summer league and turning it into one of the best annual ice hockey events in Israel. He'd be a great choice for CEO of the Israel Ice Hockey Federation.
After two successful seasons of international competition in a short time span making for a great hockey experience, I most definitely believe that he is suitable for this position. With his passion for sport, he is the one for the position of CEO.
Tal has the knowledge the connections and all the details needed to march the federation to the next level
I would like and approve that Tal would be the ceo.
