Cellular Network Service Disruption

our AT&T service has gone from bearable before the lava eruption of May 2018 - to almost nothing. Can't get a bar or two where you used to have 3 or 4... FIX OUR PHONE AND INTERNET PLEASE!!!

I’m getting ready for leave AT&T if they do not fix this problem!!!

My cell service is terrible.

Please restore full cell service in Pahoa that was affected by the lava.

Cell service on ATT is now horrible!!! Even outside of the eruption area. It used to be very decent.... Can't keep a call going in the pina area at all now!! Help ATT!!

Come on guys, even ham radio, is better than the coverage we get here! or are you going to wait till someone losses a life or can't contact 911 because of all things, poor coverage

My service is great on Opihikao I want the new 5G towers gone. This petition should be to get rid of them instead in my mind. They have a new 5G tower in Nanawale and the service is the worst there. They have a new one in Pahoa now too and bees and birds are dying by the thousands... That's all they need is another excuse to put more 5G towers up in our community. Ugh We need to be petitioning to bring those new towers in Pahoa and Nanawale down! My secret to great service? Buy the cheapest LG phone. Even some Alcatel. My friend once said he buys the cheapest phones and they work great! We go through so many anyway. Lost, stolen, broken phones for the landfills... So now, I just buy the cheapest phone and instead of some extravagant service I got Cricket. I found out cheaper phones actually have better parts like the antennas, and therefore get a better signal. I get perfect service on Opihikao. While service in nanawale sucks I still get some there too while visiting. Blacksamds has never had service. But the 5G tower in Nanawale isn't doing a thing for better service. And btw, AT&T has always been a shystie company... It matters more what phone you have than what service provider you have. Get a phone that goes off of AT&T towers or go to Cricket. They go off AT&T towers... You don't have to be monopolized by that company.

Att service has been horrible since may 2018. We had excellent coverage before. Please fix your issue. We need cell coverage

Provide service in lower puna!

My service has also been almost non existent. I've had Business AT&T as well as Straight Talk and both are very spotty and slow.

I reside in Mountain View had service before eruption and now it is spotty at best coming down the hill. My family members have Verizon and are able to text and call out, yet I with At&t have no service at all. Please fix and expand.

My Pandora does steam anymore

Service is poor at times ... sometimes just no there ... it’s too costly not to be more dependable. I think we need another tower.

I've been an AT&T customer in lower Puna since before Cingulair. AT&T has already made money in Puna, and still has a large portion of the population under contract. Your employees have been saying "it'll be fixed soon" for over a year while continuing to enroll new customers and keep existing customers locked into their contracts.
