I have been living there for 15 years in AT&T does not work in Nanawale. I have to drive to Longs to get reception. At&t cut me off about 8 years ago. They said I didn't use my phone enough. This has been an ongoing problem since at least 2005 or more. I have been with Verizon about 8 years now without having any problems and great reception and I don't have to drive to Longs to get semi good reception anymore. I love Verizon. IT WORKS!!

The service is spotty in Pohoiki, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I am looking for more, if another carrier can do better I am leaving ATT after many years, we are isolated here and need better phone service for emergencies and business. If ATT can't do better good riddance to them.

I am providing health care at home. I can’t communicate with the doctors, my office, or the patients by phone to let them know I am on my way. We need better cell connections for the Puna community’s health.

I also have AT&T, there is no service along the coast, Government Beach Rd, between Kahakai Blvd and Papaya Farms Rd. At home I don't get service until I'm on the 3rd floor. Then along Hwy 130 between Ainaloa Blvd, and Keaau, it is frequent dropped calls, and no Data service. It's pretty terrible.

i live I. the Kaloli Point area and AT&T coverage here is abysmal. LTE is rare, more often one or two bars of 4G. This is unacceptable. Why doesn’t AT&T competently serve this growing area with decent service?

Att service is not very dependable. I would not recommend att to any of my friends.
They have rude custumer service that attack you at the door with sales scemes.
They add all kinds of hidded fees.
My phone bill grows a few dollors more buy the year and my service gets worse.
Changing over to wallmart phone soon

I have three lines and I cannot cancel my service with them because they say I’m on a contract. I’ve been with at and t since 2012 and we recently moved to the island for two months and we can definitely cannot get at all besides in town. If there is anything I can help with please contact me by my email. But at and t definitely has to do something about it

We saw during 2018 volcanic eruption how important it is to be able to communicate during disasters. Land lines are so easily destroyed during lava flows. We need to have completely reliable cell service to all of Puna. This is a matter of life and death during emergencies. Our area of upper Kamaili road has zero cell signal.

We’ve been with AT&T for many years and are just about to bail at the end of this cycle. We have to boost our signal at our home and service is often sketchy in many other areas. We’re over it.

Less reliable weekends, no service for hours then suddenly just fine again. Certain hours daily I have to hunt for a spot for the phone to work. Messages can take days to arrive. Texts are most reliable compared to phone ringing. During the flow, there was basically no reception for months at my home, then it became as I have already described.

I felt the difference all the way up at huina road. I’m planning on switching carriers because of it
