Cedar Creek by-laws must:
Provide for election of the Board of Directors by the homeowners NOT the current Neighborhood Rep system
Greater voice by the unit owners in major new expenditure decisions.
Amenities and common areas deeded to an HOA which combines CCVI and CCVII
CCCSC(developer board) removed from the daily operations, involvement and decision making of Cedar Creek and committees placed under the combined HOA

Finally. The current board is way too disconnected from reality and we need a direct vote on these massive spending hikes.
