The objective of this petition is to demonstrate to the current governance group that broad household support for these changes exists in order to encourage a proactive response.

Cedar Creek by-laws must:

Provide for election of the Board of Directors by the homeowners NOT the current Neighborhood Rep system

Greater voice by the unit owners in major new expenditure decisions.

Amenities and common areas deeded to an HOA which combines CCVI and CCVII

CCCSC(developer board) removed from the daily operations, involvement and decision making of Cedar Creek and committees placed under the combined HOA
