We support and encourage mass transit in New York's Capital District and believe it should be as convenient and enjoyable as possible. We call upon CDTA to offer an app that will tell us when the next bus will reach our stop. All buses are currently tracked by GPS and the technology exists. This system is being used in other municipalities, so there's no reason why we should be waiting outside in inclement weather wondering when our next bus will arrive.
