As most of us have witnessed over the past few days, a child can lose his or her life and no one is held responsible or liable. A child can be missing for a month without anyone reporting it and there is no law against that.Who would ever think we would NEED a law for this? Well, now we see that we DO. Caylee's Law would make it illegal to fail to report s missi a child after 24 hours. This law may have saved little Caylee's life. We need it in every state. Please sign to state you support having Caylee's Law in Arkansas. Please tell all your friends and let's be heard by the law makers of the fine STATE OF ARKANSAS. SPREAD THE WORD.
