1. Provide Cathy Abroms Moore and any prospective employer of Cathy with a letter of recommendation stating that Cathy performed her duties as Director of the Temple Tots Program at the Temple in an exemplary way;

2. Provide Cathy Abroms Moore an adequate severance package to compensate her for her years of dedication and stellar job performance to the Temple Tots Program. (Such a gesture is particularly appropriate given the Temple’s decision during Cathy’s tenure at the Temple not to contribute funds towards the State of Alabama’s Unemployment Insurance, which if paid would now provide Cathy with some level of unemployment benefits);

3. Send a congregation-wide email/letter notifying the congregants of the Temple that Cathy Abroms Moore’s termination of employment in no way reflects on her job performance at the Temple.
