Every dollar that is spent waging on the war on drugs is a dollar not spent on genetically engineering catgirls for domestic ownership. Catgirls, in a brief definition, are typically humanoid except for cat-ears, a tail, or other feline characteristics on their body. Catgirls are not slaves, as assumed by some uneducated few, they are pets with a higher understanding of human speech and can communicate using speech. Basically they are cats, with an intelligence above other animals, yet still slightly lower than a human. They should be able to be taught to care for themselves, yet it is likely they will require a caring owner to train them, and take care of them for the duration of their life. Now, this petition is not limited to simple catgirls. It is extended to catguys, the male counterpart of catgirls, who should also be developed. These pets come with many benefits. They should be designed to have many similarities to the household cat. Therefore, to have a catgirl as a pet will teach responsibility, the importance of caring properly for a life, and perhaps give insight into how to interact with humans due to their ability to communicate directly with us. Catgirls will also help their owners, as they will be able to learn basic tasks, and perhaps do simple chores. Catgirls can be developed at various stages in their life, though it is recommended to create them at child, or teenage states to allow the development of their brains. The research and creation of these pets depends on the signatures this petition recieves, so please, help the cause. We can make a difference, we can make a catgirl.
