کنوانسیون رژیم حقوقی دریای خزر روز یکشنبه (۲۱ مرداد/۱۲ اوت) با حضور سران کشورهای ساحلی خزر حسن روحانی، ولادیمیر پوتین، نورسلطان نظربایف، الهام علیاف، قربانقلی بردیمحمداف در اوکتائو قزاقستان به امضاء رسید.
با توجه به اینکه شرکت کنندگان در این نشست هیچگونه مشورتی با مجلس یا سایر نهادها نکرده اند، در این فراخوان از مردم ایران در بیرون و درون مرزهای کشورمان می خواهیم تا با امضای این فراخوان از دولت ایران بخواهند تا به خواسته های ما به قرار زیر هر چه سریع تر پاسخ دهد
- - تعلیق هر گونه توافق بر سر دریای خزر
- - توضیح شفاف تمام جزییات نشست در برابر مجلس علنی با پوشش کامل رسانه ای
- - به رای گذاردن هر گونه توافق در مجلس علنی
We, the undersigned, ask the Iranian government to respond to the followings:
- Suspension of any agreement over the Caspian Sea
- Detailed explanation of all meetings before the parliament with full media coverage
- To vote for any agreement in a public parliamentary session

I have been staring at maps of the coastline all night and the lack of transparency is honestly just maddening because how are we supposed to trust a deal made behind closed doors. People keep messaging me with questions about the legal status of the seabed and I wish I had all the answers right now but I am still digging through every document I can find. We really need to keep pushing for that public session because silence is not an option when our resources are on the line.

Seeing this much energy build up around the Caspian issue is honestly surreal because I honestly thought it would just get lost in the noise but here we are. It really makes me think about how much we care about our national heritage when things are happening behind closed doors and I am honestly floored by the momentum you all have created.

These Molla's ARE not a legal government for Iran and Iranian to sell part of our country!!!
خاک وطن فروشی نیست. این قرارداد ننگین باید باطل بشه ما ۵۰ درصد حق قانونی خودمون رو میخوایم نه کمتر.

من با این کنوانسیون آقای روحانی که امصا نموده اند کاملا مخالف می باشم .و به هیچ عنوان رصایت ندارم که از حق وحقوق قانونی ایران و روسیه از سهم ایران به کشورهای از روسیه جدا شدن از حق قانونیو سهمیه ایران تقسیم کنند. و مجلس جمهوری ایران حق امضاءو تقسیم آنرا ندارد.
