The City of Avalon keeps dragging their feet on this ordinance while luxury developers treat our home like their private bank account. We have finally built a wall of pressure that they can no longer ignore. It is past time for the council to stop protecting their wealthy donors and start building housing for the rest of us.

total nonsense that only luxury stuff gets built here. need balance or the town will just be empty houses half the year
Finally. Its impossible to live on the island unless you are a millionaire. People who work here should be able to afford a place here.

YES! We are losing our community because regular folks are getting priced out by vacation rentals. Fix this now.
