we actually got the green light for the casey project. it feels good to see all 174 of us get exactly what we wanted for the neighborhood. thanks for sticking with me while this moved through the process.

Final supporters
Casey's General Stores has selected the southeast corner of Greenhill Rd. and S. Main St. to develop a new state-of-the-art convenience store. Their nearly $2 million investment at this location would include a four sided brick building with pitched roof to fit Pinnacle Prairie style, highly elevated landscaping, bike path(s) and subtle color scheme to blend well with the surrounding neighborhoods and developments.

it will be great to have something convenient close to home instead of constant construction all over cedar falls.
Yes please! The neighborhood could use a nice clean convenience store. Hope they break ground soon.
This will be so much better than having that empty lot sitting there collecting trash. Love the idea of the bike path too.
We need a place to grab food on this side of town. The commute to the other stores is just too far for a quick snack.
About time! Tired of driving across town for gas and pizza.
