Currently in Carthage, MO, tattoo shops are considered adult entertainment and therefore limited to district G which is zoned heavy industrail. This is an unreasonable location for any retail or personal service business. It would be unlikely for any new tattoo shop to thrive in this type of location. Our goal is to open a sterile, safe and friendly shop within district D, which would allow our shop to be located in the city's local business district which is where you will find the beauty salons and barber shops, but we have to show that people want this to happen, so let's get Carthage into the 21st century and get a shop going there!
