Please sign this petition in memory of Paul McGee. His life was brutally taken by a random, senseless knife attack which took place outside his own front door in his hometown of Lochwinnoch. Currently there is NO minimum sentence for those caught carrying a knife. This has to change!! People should be deterred from carrying a knife. Surely we all have a right to be safe within our own community?! The fact that such a crime could happen to a law abiding, honourable gentleman like Paul, shows that NO ONE is safe from the destructive knife culture Scotland is currently suffering. We should all be aware of this!! Paul's commanding officer said of Paul "we know Paul died standing up for right. Paul died as he had lived, a quiet hero" it is now time for us to stand up for right, and send those who carry knives to jail! Anne and Kelly McGee
