The bank has finally addressed our concerns and committed to changing their intrusive practices toward our community. Your collective resolve showed them that customers expect to be treated with dignity regarding their personal finances. We will continue to monitor these interactions to ensure this commitment translates into lasting change.

Capitec Bank Must Fall!!!
OUR money OUR choice to participate with it on MMM.
We will close our accounts with Capitec Bank Limited as MMM participants.
We have seen a large increase in the number of our participants beings harassed, interrogated and threatened with THEIR monies by Capitec Bank Consultants who lack customer skills.
Enough is enough, WE are customers, Capitec is not our client yet they treat us like we are desperate for their accounts.
We are taking our monies to other banks who do not harass us about our transactions, who give us excellent service and most importantly banks that respect us as customers and only enquire about our transactions out of concern for the safety of our monies and not for their own selfish reasons like Capitec Bank.

The choice to participate in MMM solely lies on us as much as having an account with Capitec - If Capitec Bank has a problem with that - Alert us so we can cancel our accounts - remember that these are the same accounts we use for every other transactions including using it for our Salary transfers.
Capitec bank must treat it's customers with respect. Why don't they freeze the accounts of people who deposit money they won from Betexhange? We'll take our money to other banks.
Freedom of speech is nothing without freedom of economic participation in programmes we choose. Capitec must fall. U act like u offer affordable banking for the poor but u oppress them when they progress..
all we want is to be able to help each other without being interrogated and threatened ..in the process capitec as bank gains too..our economic improves too..as long as it can be traced why you act as if we coming crime like money laundering.. change or we will take business somewhere #CapitecMust Fall

What happened to economical freedom?you are not protecting people you are controlling who they receive or send money to.
It is really stupid move from Capitec to block account.... Capitec give us our money back and go ahead with closing the accounts

Capitec you are one greedy bank.why are u freezing peoples accounts and keeping their monies. MMM ia not breaking any law we are a community helping each other so what is your problem. You are happy when we suffer take loans n pay for years...we will close our accounts
