I agree, this violation is ridiculous. I’m new to the Cape and have never heard anything like this before.

I do not understand why a boat can be parked on the side of my house that also could be lived in and my travel trailer cannot be parked on the side of my house I have to pay $200 a month to get it in a spot to have Electric Run in it so the AC will run so it does not get destroyed but yet I can have a crappy boat in the side of my house that they're saying that nobody would live on but I can prove that wrong

Its definitely time for change. We are a working community that needs more working residents. As it stands you have more liberties as a renter than a homeowner.
