I am pretty sure if there were high ranking MPs affected by this, all agencies would be being mobilised as we speak, and no stone would be left unturned in getting answers and justice. If we had taken a 50/50 on a rumour that there was some black looking stuff in a field there would be less sympathy with our plight. We had every reason to invest here, not to make a quick buck. This was a long term investment based on, as it now turns out, BOD lies, half-truths and possibly some fantasy thrown in as well. If City traders can get 14 years for LIBOR rigging, then I see no reason that this type of fraud, because that it is what it has been, should be taken any less seriously

Samuels and Clark: it's time for you to stop wringing your hands and pleading "what can I do ?". You are supposed to be public servants. Only the licence gives any value to our Company. Start implementing its conditions NOW and force a proper response by the anonymous, greedy Bondholders. Give honest investors a chance to recuperate even part of a loss imposed by fat, faceless, business interests.

Disgusting lethargy from those in positions of authority who should be representing the interests of strategic UK assets and its people who are the subject of thievery

The XEL Board of Directors actions speak for themselves. Disgraceful behaviour. Our BOD told us on numerous occasions that Bentley was worth $2 Billion + and now they tell us that 98.5% of Bentley is only worth the debt that is owed.

There must be some value left for shareholders, after all there are proven reserves. It's just a question of waiting until the price of oil rises - and it will!

Invested my pension here in good faith based on information given by Board in RNS's. I trusted these people who told us they were involved in MOU's with world leaders such as BP, Statoil, Arup and more. Little people who invest their life savings should not be sold out for what appears to be a scam to benefit who? This must be investigated by the British Government as many thousands of Pensioners stand to be wiped out.
